Authentic Mediterranean cuisine is reinterpreted by Executive chef Gianluca Braglia, who, after 30 years of experience in 5-star luxury hotels and starred restaurants, encapsulates in the word passion “the search for detail and innovation, always respecting tradition.” His offerings include dishes that enhance island and Gallura recipes, seafood specialties with the catch of the day, crustacean nursery with local lobsters and lobsters accompanied by the best wines with numerous national and international references displayed in the new open cellar with indoor tasting room. The reception in the dining room has been entrusted for 20 years to Angelo Malaguarnera, who adds sommelier to his qualification as restaurant manager.
