Set between the emerald waters of the Pevero bay and Cala di Volpe, Pevero Golf Club is a spectacular destination and home to one of Italy’s most stunning golf courses. Designed by the legendary golf course architect Robert Trent Jones, the layout was described by Golf Magazine as one of the 50 best golf courses in the world, thanks partly to the unspoilt natural beauty of its surroundings. The 18-hole course is 6,107 metres long and par 72, with a handicap of 36 for both men and women; it’s surrounded by awe-inspiring scenery and steeped in the aromas of juniper, myrtle and wild strawberries. The famous Mistral wind that blows over the region from the north-west makes every shot a challenge and Pevero a favourite among expert golfers. The 2024 season is already underway, promising exceptional competitions, partnerships with prestigious brands and a collaboration with Francesco Molinari, Ryder Cup star and winner of the 2018 Open Championship.

The Francesco Molinari Golf Academy is the top Italian training centre, and open to all members and guests of Pevero Golf Club. Once again this year, golfers can benefit from the experience of one of the most technically competitive professional players of his generation. In line with the development plan of the Qatar Investment Authority, last year’s opening of the Francesco Molinari Academy coincided with the 60th birthday of Hotel Cala di Volpe and its comprehensive refurbishment, culminating this year with the completion of the new clubhouse. Molinari himself will make regular visits to the club throughout the year, hosting coaching seminars, meeting members and guests and sharing his philosophy, based on commitment and concentration in the quest for excellence. Utterly unique in terms of its environment and natural setting, the golf course is further enhanced by its facilities, including an iconic terrace with views of the course, a bar serving signature cocktails and the very best of international classics and traditional Sardinian cuisine at the Ai Due Mari restaurant.
