Dario Parascandolo, resident chef at Hotel Romazzino and master of the culinary art, welcomes Francesco Stara, visionary Sardinian chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Fradis Minoris, to offer guests a gastronomic experience that celebrates the island's richness of flavours and aromas.
This edition of the Cena a 4 mani format recounts the love and passion for cooking and for a unique and special land; dishes that tell two similar stories as backgrounds, but with different and enthralling aftertastes that will create a menu where authenticity and research meet.
