Il Vecchio Ginepro is the ideal place for a stay, where not only can you relax, but you can also participate in the life of the farm, from strolling among ancient olive trees to visiting the farm animals and enjoying tastings of the finest products from the garden and kitchen. Barbara and Sebastiano, husband and wife leading the agriturismo, welcome you as true friends into their home: from Sebastiano's kitchen, where he serves as the chef, come flavorful and refined dishes that stay true to Gallura tradition and are based solely on local products. "We cook for our guests staying in the rooms and for a very limited number of people who book from outside," explains Barbara. "We are not open every evening by choice, because we want to ensure a consistently high and sought-after level of service, serving only pigs raised by us and vegetables grown on our farm."

The tasting menu, featuring various samplings of typical dishes, is composed solely of products that largely come directly from the farm's estate. In particular, the spit-roasted suckling pig, known as "lu pulceddu arrustu," is raised directly on the premises with all the care and genuineness that characterize the dishes served to their guests. Rita Azara and her husband Gianmario Orecchioni run this family agriturismo, with a long history in the field of catering. The intense aroma of a huge grill where the "porceddu" rotates, the charm of eating outdoors near the large carob tree or in an indoor room next to the fireplace: at Agriturismo La Colti - owned by the Filigheddu Serra family - food goes hand in hand with a true experiential journey back in time, to an era when in this corner of Gallura people dined illuminated by the fire of a lit fireplace and dishes tasted of simple yet flavorful things. A multitude of ancient flavors that echo between the patio of the stone farmhouse and the surrounding greenery where you can catch glimpses of the vegetable garden and grazing livestock. A staple on the table at Li Colti, as well as during celebrations and "a li coi," which are Sardinian wedding lunches, is the "Suppa Cuata," the Gallura-style soup with stale bread, beef broth, cow cheese, parsley, and cinnamon. On their tables, a mix of traditional Sardinian and Gallurese foods, skillfully crafted using only local ingredients and strictly following the steps dictated by ancient recipes. Restaurant Lu Stazzu is immersed in the unspoilt nature of Gallura, amidst olive groves and centuries-old junipers. A warm atmosphere welcomes you, provided by the large family that runs Lu Stazzu, headed by Franco and Giuliana, a mother and father who have been in the restaurant business for 30 years, now joined by their sons and daughters-in-law. They offer you the chance to taste the specialities of the local Sardinian cuisine with all the flavour and charm of the island's tradition. Located just a few kilometres from Porto Cervo and easily accessible by car, it is the ideal location for spending an evening in the company of quality food. For meat lovers, Lu Stazzu is an excellent point of reference: Sardinian meats, such as the certified Sardinian porcetto, are served, and for some time now, fine national meats have also been included in the rich menu. The earthy starters on offer are the result of a selection of products from growing Sardinian companies. The earthy first courses composed almost exclusively of homemade or artisanal Sardinian pasta complete a rich menu based on the products of the land. But it is not just meat: you can taste raw shellfish as an appetiser, tartare, seafood first courses and fresh fish that varies according to market supply and organic catch.

With a rich history spanning a hundred years, this charming agriturismo in Arzachena, nestled in greenery, allows you to breathe the fresh air of Sardinia and savor the aromas of delightful specialties of traditional Gallurese cuisine. The restaurant hall can accommodate up to 80 people and can be reserved for small ceremonies. Mr. Luigi, the owner of Agriturismo Rena, personally takes care of the appetizers: simple yet flavorful, they are prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients, some of which are produced on the estate itself, including local cold cuts, cheeses, and zero-kilometer seasonal vegetables. The first courses offered feature exquisite homemade fresh pasta as a base: handmade ravioli and gnocchi are must-haves, but you can also enjoy excellent myrtle or local sausage risotto, and the typical Gallurese soup. For the main course, you can choose one of the mixed roasts or try the typical oven-roasted suckling pig, sourced from the farm's breeding. Each dish is accompanied by strictly seasonal vegetables, sourced from Mr. Luigi's own production. To finish the meal on a high note, there are traditional local desserts: tiliccas, papassini, seadas, formagelle, and origliette.
